Andrew Lindsay, the founder of Representation UK, has acted for and represented businesses in the financial and service sectors at all levels. His clients have included banks, accountancy and legal practices, pension and insurance companies, private equity and venture capital firms, stockbrokers and merchant banks.

He is a former President of the York & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce. He led the merger of the York & North Yorkshire Chamber with the Leeds Chamber, to become its first chairman. Subsequently, Andrew represented that enlarged organisation when it merged with the Bradford Chamber of Commerce, which resulted in the creation of The West & North Yorkshire Chamber. In 2015, Andrew became the  inaugural chair of the West & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which incorporates the great cities of Leeds, Bradford, York and many surrounding towns and cities.

Internationally, Andrew is a former chair of the M&A Practice Division of Geneva Group International (‘GGI’), a top ten global alliance of accountants, lawyers and management consultants. Through those organisations, he has access to both a national and an international  network of many high quality financial and business service practitioners,  advisers and experts, who can be called on to help represent your business both in the UK and overseas.
